FEBRUARY 20, 2019
Hi Good News family!
Here’s a few things you should know this week…
> TIME FOR COURAGE What keeps you from speaking up when you know you should? At work, at home, at school. Geddy Kohler will unpack the challenge, “Esther – Queen of beauty and courage,” this Sunday at 10:45am. That’s The Story, chapter 20. Read Esther, chapters 1-9, before Sunday to be ready for what God has to tell you about Himself — and how you fit into His plan.
> BEREA DEEP FREEZE! Calling all MS/HS students! Don’t miss out on Deep Freeze 2019 at Berea. Tons of snow for outdoor games, plus a long list of indoor games. Great speakers, small group break-out conversations, great praise and worship with hundreds of students like you. Check out this video online. Then see Justin and Steph for more info on how you can be part of Deep Freeze this year.

This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. – Deuteronomy 30:19, 20a
